FieldNari texting terms
Effective: 16 October 2026 · Last updated: 18 October 2026
Trade businesses — plumbers, electricians, marine shops and others — use FieldNari to run their service work. If you are a customer of one of those businesses, it can text you about your job through FieldNari. These terms cover those texts.
The short version. The texts come from the business you are working with, about your service request: quotes, scheduling and arrival times. You only get them if you agreed. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
1. The program
The program is FieldNari service texts. FieldNari is made by WebNari LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Each text is sent on behalf of a business that uses FieldNari, and each one starts with that business's name.
2. What the texts are about
Texts are about the work you asked the business for. For example:
- a quote or estimate is ready for you to review and approve;
- a contract is ready for you to review and sign;
- your appointment, and when the technician is on the way;
- your job is finished, or your vehicle or boat is ready to pick up;
- the business answering a text you sent it;
- a text back after you called the business and it missed your call.
FieldNari does not send advertising texts, and businesses may not use it to.
3. How you agree to get them
You only get these texts if you agreed to them, for the mobile number on your record. There are three ways to agree:
- When you book online. The business's booking page has a box that is unticked until you tick it. It reads: “Text me about my service request (quotes, scheduling, arrival times). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- On a page the business sends you. The pages you open from the business's links — your quote, your contract, your job status page and your customer account page — have a “Text updates” box with the same words. If you have not agreed yet, it is unticked; tick it to agree. It covers the number the business has on file for you, and shows you the last four digits of that number. Untick it at any time to stop.
- By telling the business. You tell the business — in person, by phone or in writing — that you agree to get texts about your jobs. The business records that you agreed in FieldNari before it can text you.
Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. If the number on your record changes, your agreement does not carry over to the new number — you would need to agree again.
4. How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on your job and how often you and the business are in touch about it.
5. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to each text you send or receive. FieldNari does not charge you for the texts.
6. Stopping texts, and getting help
- To stop: reply STOP to any of these texts. You will get one text confirming it, and no more texts after that.
- To start again: reply START.
- For help: reply HELP, or email support@webnari.io.
You can also untick the “Text updates” box on any page the business sends you, or ask the business you are working with to stop texting you.
7. Carriers
Texts are supported on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless provider and is outside our control.
8. Privacy
Your number is handled as our privacy policy describes. We do not sell your number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your agreement to get texts is not shared with anyone.
The business you work with holds your customer record. For questions about what it keeps about you, contact that business.
9. If you run a business on FieldNari
Before FieldNari will text a customer for you, that customer has to have agreed. Use the switch on the customer's profile, “Customer agreed to get texts about their jobs.”, only when they have actually told you so. Changing their number turns it off. Texts are for the customer's service work, never for advertising.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
